Yoga Classes

Join us for Saturday Yoga with Marc Polley.

Every Saturday from 12pm-1pm, Join a soothing, accessible yoga class inside our cozy Relaxation Dome. You don’t need to be an overnight guest or day-pass holder—everyone is welcome to join.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the very first time, this gentle class is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and reconnect. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.

We can’t wait to see you on the mat.

Join us for a calming guided meditation designed to help you pause, reflect and return to yourself.

What to expect:

• A gentle conversation about the seasonal energy

• Time for journalling to reflect and set personal intentions

• A guided meditation that helps you release what you no longer need and reconnect with your inner light

• Time for optional shares

Whether you’re brand-new to meditation or already have a practice, this session invites you to step out of the noise, come home to yourself and realign with the natural pace of this time of year.
