FAQ’s - Accommodations

The term eco-resort isn't regulated, but for us it means we make every decision thinking of the environment and our community first - supporting local whenever possible and inviting guests to experience a more sustainable, connected way of living.

Suite 1: single suite with a hot tub.

Vagabond Villa: a repurposed RV with an outdoor tub and fire pit, available seasonally.

• Three of our cabins have a private hybrid hot tub. Not everyone loves a hot tub, so suites without one have their own private fire pit instead - all cabins feature a beautiful outdoor living space.

We start your wood-fired hot tub before you arrive, so it's already heating when you check in. From there, it's up to guests to continue building the fire to reach their ideal temperature and maintain it throughout their stay, especially in colder months. We provide all the firewood and fire-starting materials you'll need, and our onsite staff are always happy to help if you have trouble.

Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. If you arrive early, grab a drink at our outdoor bar while you wait.

We ask all guests to pay a 50% deposit upon booking. If you cancel at least 14 days before your stay, your deposit will be credited toward a future stay. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay (or don't show up), the total booking price will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

We love kiddos - in fact, we're moms to some of the coolest kids around. However, Hope-Wellness is designed for adult-only time, and children are not permitted at the resort. If you're travelling with your family, we're happy to suggest family-friendly spots nearby.

All stays are a 2-night minimum and can be booked online. We offer 1-night stays on Wednesdays and Sundays, subject to a single-night cleaning fee.

Final payment is automatically processed up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you wish to use an eGift card or a different card to cover a remaining balance, please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival.

Nordic Lounge access is included in your overnight experience at no additional cost for weekday stays, and offered at a discounted rate for weekend guests. Guests have access to the facilities after 3pm on their date of arrival. Access after check-out is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.

Want to bring your pup? No problem - book Suite 3 or Suite 4, our designated pet-friendly cabins (a $30 cleaning fee applies). Dogs must be kept on a leash and attended at all times, kept off the beds and couches, and are welcome in the beer garden on a leash but not in the pool or lounge areas.

We provide Down East coffee, Herb & Joy tea, a kitchenette, bathroom essentials and robes, organic cotton bedding, a radio, an essential oil diffuser, and books and games. Don't forget your bathing suit, a towel, slip-on shoes for the pool, and your favourite loungewear.
