We're Katie and Ashley - best friends, longtime coworkers, and the women behind Hope-Wellness. What started as a dream to build a slower, kinder way to travel has become Atlantic Canada's only four-season social Nordic spa and eco cabin resort, built with sustainability and community at its core.

Six private nature suites - each with Scandinavian-inspired design, an indoor-outdoor layout, and either a wood-fired hot tub or private fire pit. Overnight guests enjoy full access to the Nordic Lounge and the entire 20-acre property.
