Event Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Hope Wellness Eco-Resort. By purchasing a ticket to and attending any event hosted by Hope Wellness Eco-Resort (“the Resort”), you (“the Attendee”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read this document carefully.
1. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy
All event ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all ticket purchases without exception. Unused tickets will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
2. Age Requirement
All attendees must be 19 years of age or older to attend any event at Hope Wellness Eco-Resort, unless otherwise explicitly stated for a specific family event. A valid government-issued photo identification (ID) must be presented upon request. Failure to provide valid ID will result in denial of entry, and no refund will be issued.
3. Booking Modifications & Credit Policy
While tickets are non-refundable, we understand that plans can change. We offer a one-time booking modification under the following conditions:
•Notice Period: The Attendee must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a modification.
•Credit Issuance: If the 14-day notice requirement is met, the full value of the original ticket purchase will be issued as a credit to the Attendee’s Hope Wellness Eco-Resort account. This credit can be used towards a future event or any other service offered by the Resort.
•How to Request: All modification requests must be submitted in writing via email to hope.wellness.ecoresort@gmail.com.
Any requests for changes made with less than 14 days’ notice are not eligible for a credit and the ticket value will be forfeited.
4. All-Weather & Force Majeure Policy
Hope Wellness Eco-Resort events are held rain, shine, or snow. The Resort is an all-season facility, and events will proceed in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by Resort management.
Force Majeure: In the event that the Resort is unable to operate or host an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the Resort will not be held liable. Such circumstances (a “Force Majeure Event”) include, but are not limited to:
•Acts of God (e.g., extreme weather events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, or earthquakes).
•Governmental actions, orders, or restrictions (e.g., public health mandates, travel bans).
•War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
•Widespread power outages or utility failures.
In the case of a cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event, the Resort will, at its sole discretion, either reschedule the event for a future date or issue a credit to all ticket holders for the value of their purchase.
5. General Conduct & Liability
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The Resort reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises for disorderly conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with Resort policies, without refund.
By attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase of a ticket and/or attendance at an event signifies the Attendee’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Hope Wellness Eco-Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your ticket purchase will apply.
